So sorry to hear this. Letting a pet go is one of the hardest things in life. They are so special and it’s amazing how much love they pack into their little bodies. Hugs to you.

Thank you so much, Jeannie, for sharing such beautiful and comforting words! We are currently trying to gather the courage to say goodbye to Max’s sister Maggie, who is not doing well, but we just haven’t been able to let her go. We’re still so traumatized over losing Max that it’s difficult to even fathom having to lose another dog, especially so soon. Your beautiful words came at just the right time. Thank you again!
An old friend he was. A yankee doodle dog, too. Will miss the old boy. xo
My thoughts are with you at the loss of your dear friend. Any friend who passes be it human friend or animal is a loss to us all.
So long old sport…….
Max, what a dear buddy. He is in the happy place now, and living the good life. He was so fortunate to know you.
Marie, so sorry about the loss of your lovely Max. I’ll bet you were the love of his life.
He is beautiful. I am so sorry for your loss.
Oh, no. I’m sorry to see that Max had to go join our other long lost friends.
Oh Marie…so sorry to hear of your loss. I know how hard it is to let them go. Now your Max is playing with my Max and my Darby too! xo
What a beautiful friend, and he looks to have been quite the character, I’m so sorry.
Oh Marie…. I know your heart is breaking, and so is mine. Big hugs to you, my friend.
I’m so sorry, Marie. Thinking of you and wishing you peace.
Becca
Marie, my big hug, hope you feel better now ….
Thank you to all for your kind words and condolences. They are greatly appreciated. Max meant the world to me. It was pure agony letting him go.
